Bodybuilding Kai Greene Chest Workout Of 2018 Is Here!
Kai Greene has a massive chest, and his bodybuilding chest workout of 2018 is one of the reason this guy has been able to continue to get bigger and bigger! There is also something that is not mentioned in Kai Greene’s chest workout that we will discuss later on in the article. To give you a clue, it has to do with a needle! We are not taking anything away from the Kai Greene bodybuilding chest workout, but we are saying that you should not expect to get the same results. We are also saying, that no chest workout program on earth will get you a chest like Kai’s, without a little help from the steroid laboratory. But in the meantime, there is a lot of free information out there that Kai provides for people who want to get a bigger chest, or just want to increase a muscle group, no matter what it is. Here is a simple plan that he has published, and also what he does in the video below.
- Dumbbell Pullovers – 3 sets of decreasing reps (12,10,8)
- Incline Bench Presses – 4 sets of decreasing reps (12,10,8, to failure)
- Flat Bench Presses – 3 sets of decreasing reps (12,10,8, to failure)
- Incline Dumbbell Flyes – 3 sets of decreasing reps (15,12, to failure)
That is one of the bodybuilding Kai Greene chest workouts, I’m sure he has many.
This is not the bodybuilding Kai Greene chest workout of 2018, but that is not a big deal. Consistency is key, and this workout is more than fine, and so are other ones that are totally different. Also, keep in mind that Jeff Seid is on juice too, just wanted to get that out of the way.

We found another source that states, the workout below is the bodybuilding chest workout of Kai Greene. I have to say that this is tough to believe, since someone like Kai Greene works out for hours per day, and I am almost certain, he is doing more than 9 sets all together once a week.
- 3 sets of Bench Press of 15-20 reps
- 3 sets of Dumbbell Fly of 15-20 reps
- 3 sets of Declined bench Press of 15-20 reps
Take it for what you want, but Kai Greene’s chest workout advice and bodybuilding routine, is not a magic pill or secret for the chest that he has. His secret for having a chest like that is years and years of steroids, and insane consistency in the gym and kitchen. If done correctly, any chest workout can get you results if you do it long enough, and eat pretty decent food.
