Get big muscles fast if “you follow our diet and workout!” You have heard it a million times right? There is nothing I can’t stand more than a bullshit workout and diet plan.
Do you know why it takes years to get to know your body and to learn how to actually work out? It’s because you spend your first few years discovering that everything you read online is bullshit.

Why in the world would you follow a workout like this as a BEGINNER? Fist of all, if you are doing every body part 3 times a week, that is WAY too much for a beginner.
- A true beginner, would be sore as all hell after 5 sets of squats for the rest of the week. Second thing, it does not mention reps. The plan tells you to do 3 sets of pull ups “as many as you can do”.
- What if you can do 100 pull ups, or what if you can do 2?
There are so many blogs online that talk about lifting heavy, and eating many meals every day to get BIG!
The meal plans, are a one way ticket to looking like a fat bastard that doesn’t even lift.
If you are natural, there is no way in hell that you should be eating 4 thousand calories per day if you are 185 lbs.
There are a couple ways to get big muscles fast, if you are looking for a quick fix.
- Let’s say you want to look twice your size in a week and plan on wearing a tight T-Shirt.
The only thing I can possibly think of, is to eat a ton of carbohydrates that whole week, stay away from the fat or otherwise you will put on a ton of fat.
Carbs and fat together don’t mix well if it’s bad fat.
So eating carbs all week is one thing, and you also need to get your hands on some creatine.
- Creatine will blow you up 100% and you can look HUGE. It will all be water, but if your goal is to look a lot bigger, really quickly, that is your solution.
Steroids are there, but highly not recommended, and that will take time as well. I assume your goal is not to water up your muscles and have them go away right?
So there isn’t any real solution to get big muscles fast, sorry.
It all takes time. If you are reading this, I assume you are not someone with genetically big muscles already, otherwise you would not read this.
Some people grow muscle faster, some are just plain hardgainers, usually ectomorphs, and there is no quick solution to get big muscles fast.
That is why steroids are so popular?
Why do you think you see people in the gym year after year, and they look the same?
Getting big muscles is a hard thing to do, otherwise, everyone would be walking around looking like Arnold.
If you are a skinny person with a very high metabolism, than you should eat more!
BUT, do not eat 10 times a day and do not eat garbage. If you are a skinny person, you will probably be able to gain 20-30 lbs of pure muscle throughout your lifetime!
- Unless you dedicate your entire life to timing perfectly healthy meals and protein. That is a different story.
For the best results, do a ton of pull ups, a ton of dips, lunges, pushups, bench press, shoulder lateral raises, hit your biceps and triceps frequently, and Google Dr. Jacob Wilson.
